Reno Hilton Casino Hotel

The Reno Hilton is one of the top casino hotels in Reno and has something for everybody.  This is one of the largest casinos in Northern Nevada.  The Reno Hilton is a complete resort with headline musical talent, a 50 lane bowling center, an aquatic driving range, a large video arcade for the kids, and plenty of local golfing and skiing opportunities in Reno and Lake Tahoe.

The Reno Hilton casino has over 115,000 square feet of gaming that includes more than 70 table games, 1,500 slot and video poker machines, a small but comfortable poker room, and one of the largest sportsbooks in town.  Table games include Baccarat, Blackjack, Craps, Double Down Stud, Keno, Let it Ride, Pai Gow Poker, Pai Gow Tiles, Roulette, and Three Card Poker.  Tournament players will appreciate the regular slot and blackjack tournaments.

The Reno Hilton poker room is small with seven tables but it is comfortable and run by some knowledgeable folks.  The poker games are mostly Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and Seven Card Stud poker.  The poker room typically hosts daily poker tournaments Monday through Friday.  The Reno Hilton hosts a few annual poker tournaments including the Pot of Gold poker tournaments in October and June, and the World Poker Challenge in March and April.  The World Poker Challenge is a part of the World Poker Tour and a very popular tournament.

The Reno Hilton sportsbook offers a wide variety of race and sports betting options and the staff does a good job of assisting bettors.  The sportsbook has plenty of seating and over 25 high definition big screen televisions including one that is more than 12 feet wide.  The adjacent Pylon Bar is a nice place for a beer while watching the games.

The Reno Hilton is known for quality musical entertainment.  The 1,750 seat indoor Hilton Theater hosts acts such as Heart, Wynonna, and Elvis Costello.  Adjacent to the hotel is an 8,500 seat Outdoor Amphitheater that is host to headlines such as Rod Stewart, Styx, Tom Petty, and Sheryl Crow.  For a more intimate setting, try The Garage for live music and dancing.

Other entertainment activities include a 24 hour bowling alley with 50 lanes, a 40,000 square foot Fun Quest video arcade center, an aquatic driving range with private golf instruction, local golfing, and some world class skiing at nearby Lake Tahoe.

The Reno Hilton hotel has over 2,000 rooms, measuring a little over 500 square feet, residing in a 27 floor tower.  The decor is very basic but comfortable.  The Reno Hilton also has one of the largest RV parks in Reno.
